B) Hacking Works
  1. Hacking of existing kitchen & floor tiles
  2. Hacking of existing 50mm cement fridge, washing machine & kitchen cabinet base
  3. Dismantle existing kitchen cabinet
C) Masonry Works
  1. Supply & lay 2-layer K11/104 water proofing membrane for kitchen
  2. Supply & lay Pre Packed Cement Screed for kitchen & 2 bathrooms
  3. Supply & lay 450mm x 600mm glossy ceramic wall tiles for kitchen & 2bathrooms
  4. Supply & lay 300mm x 300mm heavy duty non-slip homogeneous floor tiles for kitchen & 2bathrooms
  5. Construct 50mm cement mortar kitchen cabinet base finish with side tiling work
  6. Construct 50mm cement mortar fridge & washing machine base finish with full tiling work
D) Plumbing Works
  1. Supply & install whole unit piping to stainless steel/copper piping (Cold Points only)
  2. Supply & install 2set of hot stainless steel/copper piping (For Rain Shower Bath Mixer)
  3. Labour to install kitchen sink with sink tap
  4. Supply & lay concealed 2″ drainage pipe for kitchen sink & washing machine
E) Kitchen
  1. Design, fabricate and install 20ft. (L) designer kitchen cabinet in solid-ply high grade laminate finish
    • ABS Trimmings doors & handles
    • 1 no of frosted glass panel c/w wooden frame
    • 1 no.s of 2 tier stainless steel dish drainer & 1 no. of cutlery tray
F) Solid Surface works
  1. Custom made 10ft. (L) solid surface worktop c/w 50mm backsplash and front profile
H) Miscellaneous Works
  1. Haulage fee works: Uplifting of materials & sand (include disposal of debris to approved dumping site)
  2. Chemical washing upon completion of works
  3. Provide corrugated paper for protection
  4. HDB Renovation Permit fees
